Right of withdrawal
If you wish to return the goods to us so simply fill in the return form that came with the package. We relate always to consumer law, then the item must be postmarked no later than 14 days after you got it. It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused with all tags on. You must pay the return postage, and it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the package. We therefore recommend that you send your package with the tracking. You can choose whether you want a refund or exchange for a new item. We give you of course free shipping if you want to trade in another commodity. Send with proof of purchase.
For hygienic reasons are not swapped underwear, earrings and hair decorations.
Selling goods exchanged unfortunately not and can not be returned.
If you find errors or deficiencies in the product you received, please send an email to ymse@ymseshop.no According Sale of Goods Act, you must within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect let us know. Send us therefore a mail with a brief description of what is wrong with the item. You will then get a claim form sent that must be filled out and sent to us along with the item. If you do not have the opportunity to write out a complaint form then notify by mail so that we can send this by letter.
