Your package will remain on your post office for 14 days before it is automatically returned to us. You will then be charged £ 199, - to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the broadcast.
You can replace ordinary commodity you have purchased online in our store. However, if you want your money back, you must fill out the return form and send us and the money is transferred back to the account / card that was used for the purchase.
